Order Policy

Pricing & Payments

Pricing Errors: In the event of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders, with refunds issued where necessary.

Shipping Policy

Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 50$.

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after processing.

Processing Time: Please allow 1–2 business days for order preparation.

Delays: Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking: Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has shipped.

Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final: We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please note that all orders are final and cannot be refunded.

Store Credit Option: If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your gemstone, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for store credit. The credit can be applied toward a future purchase.

Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Used, damaged, or altered gemstones may not be eligible for store credit.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Issuing Store Credit: Once your return is received and inspected, approved store credit will be issued and you will be notified via email.

Product Disclaimer

Natural Variations: Many of our products are crafted from natural materials (e.g., crystals, stones). Variations in color, shape, and size are normal and are not considered defects.
