All Sales Are Final: We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please note that all orders are final and cannot be refunded.

Store Credit Option: If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your gemstone, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for store credit. The credit can be applied toward a future purchase.

Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Used, damaged, or altered gemstones may not be eligible for store credit.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Issuing Store Credit: Once your return is received and inspected, approved store credit will be issued and you will be notified via email.
